Ojo de Isla is a certified artisanal mezcal from Oaxaca, handcrafted by mezcaleros in open-air palenques.
Ojo de Isla reflects the essence of agave in its purest form, and draws its character from local water, air born yeast and minerals from volcanic stone ovens.

NOTA
Fermented outdoors in one of the most magical villages of Oaxaca surrounded by wild nature using spring water, fresh and herbal flavors predominate making this Espadín unique and unmistakable.
In addition, our agaves are grown in the mountains, which translates into our characteristic smooth and elegant flavor, which redefines the perception that all mezcals are too smoky and aggressive. It is perfect for the beginner in the world of mezcal, or for the aficionado who likes to sip daily.

NOTA
Our Cuishe grows wild in what is considered the mezcal capital of the world. Unlike other agaves, the cuishe maguey grows in areas with soils that have a high amount of calcium and little rainfall.
This generates pronounced mineral aromas, floral notes and a robust herbal flavor.
We are proud to offer a mezcal that symbolizes the heart of Oaxaca. This wild agave distillate pays homage to the mezcal culture in a balanced and distinguished Ojo de Isla style.
Jabalí Ojo de Isla

NOTA
The wild Jabalí is something of a mystery and only the most talented mezcal maestros dare to produce it. During its fermentation process, the Jabalí tends to fluff up and expand due to the complexity of its naturally occurring compounds, causing damage to some of the stills of those who make it. It is these same prodigious compounds that give it a beautiful and profound expression, providing an exotic experience in each sip.
It is important to note that it takes at least 50 kilos of this wild agave and three distillations to make a single bottle of this delicate elixir.

NOTA
Tepeztate, the most magical of the agaves, comes from the wild lands of Oaxaca. This agave takes up to 30 years to mature, during which time it is exposed to extreme temperatures and surrounded by other wild plants.
These conditions join forces with the magic of this agave to create a truly different flavor with deep sweetness and hints of vanilla and white pepper.
